Our only complaint about Violet is that she sold our house way too fast! It was on the market for less than 10 days before it was sold right out from under us. We barely had time to enjoy our beautifully staged house! In all seriousness, Violet was amazing from start to finish. She answered every question we had, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. Her knowledge, professionalism, and communication were outstanding. If you're looking for a realtor who gets the job done, Violet is the one to call. We couldn't recommend her more!

Selling a home can be stressful, but Violet Delgado made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. One of the first things that impressed me was the beautiful listing she created for my home. The presentation was outstanding and showcased my house in the best possible way. She went above and beyond by providing trusted referrals for the various services I needed while preparing my home for sale. No matter how many questions or concerns I had, she always took the time to answer them with patience, kindness, and honesty. I never felt rushed or left wondering what came next.

My family and I set out about a year ago looking to buy but we didn't know exactly how to start. We happened to get in touch with Donovan and Violet. They were very patient with us and didn't force or pressure anything. They were 100% on our timeline. Once we were set they got to work. They are very knowledgeable and led us down the right path. When we found our dream house they fought for us — and when I mean fought, I mean fought. Saved us thousands of dollars and got us the best deal done. I couldn't recommend them any more. Violet and Donovan were truly amazing to work with! Since we live out of town, they handled everything locally from start to finish and made the whole process so smooth for us. They kept us in the loop at every step, gave honest feedback and thoughtful advice, and were always quick to respond whenever we had a question. They even made sure the house was well cared for while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. We were really able to trust them, and that made all the difference.

Donovan is very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, quick to research and get you the paperwork and answer the questions that you need to make a decision on properties. We are delighted to be working with him. He has been very patient with us. I would recommend him to anybody in my family or friends. Also got to meet Violet — very sweet and kind. They have showed us homes throughout the weeks, even on the weekends.
